Our Job: Project management starting with design, tender procedures for contractors, main monitoring & coordinating during construction between investor, financial service, contractors, competent inspection etc, of project new modern business-warehouse facility “ Gebrüder Weiss’ “, Dobanovci-Surčin municipality, covering 1.300 m2 of office, cross-dock area 2.100 m2 and 6.800 m2 of storage area divided into two storage units equipped with modern shelving systems for goods. Within the project, 15.000 m2 of new internal traffic area was built.
